Delivery and returns
Below you can find all the details of our delivery, exchange, returns and refunds policy.
We don't want you to have to set up an account just to come and shop through us, but to apply the correct shipping charges we need to know where you live! This means at checkout you will be asked to fill in your details, you will not be charged for anything until you have seen the total order price and hit confirm.
UK delivery is via Royal Mail and is FREE!
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of receipt. If you need your item more urgently, please contact us. Most orders are sent with Royal Mail but larger items like gift boxes may be sent by courier. We will gladly discuss any special requirements you may have - please do get in touch and email us at email@example.com
From dispatch, delivery is aimed to be approximately 5 to 7 days. Shipping charges are visible before you confirm checkout.
If you would like us to send particularly large orders above 2kg in weight (typically above £200 in value) please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a bespoke delivery.
If you would like to exchange any items with an equivalent value that have not been used, washed or damaged within 28 days of receipt please contact us and we will happily do this for you. Return postage charges will apply. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting form from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post.
Returning items for a refund
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase so if for any reason you would like to return goods, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a returns code and return address. We cannot refund goods purchased over 28 days before or which have been used, washed or damaged. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting form from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage, packing and insurance costs cannot be refunded. We try to process returns as quickly as possible.
