Returns (Excluding Wholesale)
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase and do our upmost to ensure all of our products leave us in perfect condition but if for any reason you are no completely satisfied then we would be happy to provide an exchange or refund. We cannot exchange/refund goods purchased over 14 days before or which have been used, washed or damaged. If for any reason you would like to return goods, please email us at returns@mollyandmonty.com to obtain a returns code and return address. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting form from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. With the exception of faulty goods return postage, packing and insurance costs cannot be refunded. We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 14 days.
Delivery
Delivery is free in the UK and unless otherwise stated or arranged all items are sent by second class Royal Mail. We normally aim to dispatch items within 1 working day of receipt of order, although please allow up to 3 days. If you need your item more urgently please contact us before placing an order.
On the occasions that Molly & Monty is shut due to holidays, you will still be able to place orders on the website, but a notice on the checkout page will advise you of the first date that we are back in the office and will be able to start processing your order.
Liability
The total liability for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Molly & Monty.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information on this website is correct, Molly & Monty cannot accept responsibility for any errors made. Patterns and packaging may vary from those shown on the website.
Order amendment
Please note Molly & Monty orders cannot be amended once order confirmation email has been sent. Please check your Shopping Cart contents before checking out and ensure that the correct delivery address has been entered.
Privacy and Data Protection
We keep a record of some of the information you give us, such as your contact details, purchases with us and any email correspondence you may send us. We do this as it helps us to process your order efficiently, deal with any queries you may have and track any concerns you may have had with our products or services. We do not pass on your details to any third party but may, from time to time, use your information for our own marketing purposes. We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order where we have incomplete order details or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Out of stock items
We try our best to maintain stock availability, but occasionally we may sell out of an item and have to wait a short period of time for new stock to arrive. If there is likely to be a delay due to an item being out of stock then we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order, the choice of an alternative design or the option to cancel your order. Payment will not be captured until stock has been checked.
Wholesale
Wholesale is only available to trade.
Wholesale orders cannot be cancelled once placed as the items are made specifically for that particular order.
Payment to be in GBP only.
You will be in agreement not to sell our products below our Recommended Retail Prices or lower than the prices on our website without our written consent.
You will be in agreement not sell our products in a sale or special offer without our written consent.
Wholesale orders are to be a minimum of £500
Postage costs apply to all wholesale orders within the UK and Internationally.
Delivery despatched within 4-6 weeks from date of order
Discount codes only apply whilst logged in to your wholesale account.

Molly & Monty has taken every care to ensure that the descriptions of items on our site are as accurate as possible. However, price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Prices are correct as of 06/04/2017. This does not affect your statutory rights. We have tried to ensure that the colours on the website are an accurate reflection of the actual colours of our clothing. However, due to differences in colour palettes between electronic imagery and clothing dyes, we cannot guarantee a precise colour match.
