Delivery

 

UK delivery is via Royal Mail and is FREE!

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of receipt. If you need your item more urgently, please contact us. Most orders are sent with Royal Mail but larger items like gift boxes may be sent by courier. We will gladly discuss any special requirements you may have - please do get in touch and email us at hello@mollyandmonty.com

International Delivery

From dispatch, delivery is approximately 5 to 7 days. Shipping charges are visible before you confirm checkout.

If you would like us to send particularly large orders above 2kg in weight (typically above £200 in value) please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a bespoke delivery.

We can not accept responsibility for customs holding parcels. All items will be fully tracked and signed for. 

Due to changes in trading between the EU and UK, the EU customers will need to take responsibility for local tax and duty charges which are in the region of €30.00 to €40.00 per order and are not controlled or associated with Dollymix. Dollymix are not liable for any custom charges.


Exchanging items

If you would like to exchange any items with an equivalent value that have not been used, washed or damaged within 28 days of receipt please contact us and we will happily do this for you. Return postage charges will apply. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting form from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post.

 

Returning items for a refund

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase so if for any reason you would like to return goods, please email us at returns@mollyandmonty.com to obtain a returns code and return address within 14 days of receiving your order.

-We cannot refund goods purchased over 14 days before.

-We cannot refund goods that have been used, washed or damaged.

-We cannot accept responsibility for good lost or damaged during the returns process if not sent via recorded delivery.

-Please note, we will only refund the cost of the goods and not the original delivery charge.
